Yes, you read that right. Below is William "Naked Lunch" Burroughs interviewed by Kathy Acker, whose own brilliant works I've been reading or re-reading lately.
Sadly, they're both departed from this world. But ideas live forever and words never lose their power, as long as people exist to read and grapple with them. Along with the recently deceased J.G. Ballard, they form a trinity of writers/artists/observers who understood our evolving modern world (and its dark, deep gutsy soul) far better than most.
